Single use of a double room is only possible upon request and availability.
When staying for a minimum of three nights, the room rate includes the price of admission to the public swimming pool (just a few minutes away).
For all persons aged 14 and over, a municipal residence tax of € 2.60 per person per night will be charged from 1.1.2024. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid on site.
Dogs are allowed on request. Please bring a basket and blanket with you. We ask for your understanding that your four-legged friends are not allowed in the dining room. We charge € 14.00 per day without food.
South Tyrol Guest Pass included: free travel through South Tyrol on public transport, free use of selected cable cars and admission to over 80 museums.
Children's discounts (when sleeping in their parents' room)
Children up to six years of age can stay for free. Children between 6 and 14 years old pay 50%.
Cash payment: please note that in Italy only cash payments up to € 2,999.99 may be accepted.
Payment can also be made by credit card.
In cases of cancellation, the relevant E.U. regulations on lodgings apply.
