Single use of a double room is only possible upon request and availability.
When staying for a minimum of three nights, the room rate includes the price of admission to the public swimming pool (just a few minutes away).
Surcharge for dogs: 7.00 € per night.
For all persons 14 years old or older, beginning Januar 1st, 2020, a local hotel tax of 1.70 € per person and night is charged. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid on site.
Children's discounts (when sleeping in their parents' room)
Children up to six years of age can stay for free. Children between 6 and 14 years old pay 50%.
Cash payment: please note that in Italy only cash payments up to € 2,999.99 may be accepted.
Payment can also be made by credit card.
In cases of cancellation, the relevant E.U. regulations on lodgings apply.
