Starting with a 1,000-meter single trail leading into the valley, Partschins / Parcines has everything that biking enthusiasts dream of. There is a variety of bike tours with altitude differentials of from 50 to 1,500 meters – thus, both beginners and pros are guaranteed the time of their lives.

There is a range of levels of difficulty – from "easy" to "medium difficult" with challenging segments. The routes will take you across various streets and paths like asphalt roads, forest trails, or cart paths.

There is a completely interconnected network of bicycle paths called the "Genussradwege" ("pleasure biking paths) extending throughout the Vinschgau area to Merano and all the way to the provincial capital of Bolzano. And away from the main roads, there's a route suitable for the whole family which will take you through apple orchards and along the valley's main rivers.

Nevertheless, the route is also suitable for the champions among you looking for hard training. And if you didn't bring your own bike along with you, you can make use of the several bicycle rental spots along the way. With the Bikemobil Card, you can also make unlimited use of the local public transit system. Furthermore, the neighboring village of Naturno also has the Ötzi Bike Academy, and starting in Rablà, there's a special bike shuttle.
